Absinthe Minded Wicks stands behind its products.  We guarantee our product to be free of defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

 

Returns

 

We appreciate your business!  If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know.  Our Return Policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an item bought online.  If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, it must be returned in like-new condition, free from any use or wear, and in re-salable condition.  This means your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.  Due to the nature of our business we cannot return or exchange “used items”.  The item must also be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels, and “free gifts” or bonus items. 

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we cannot directly exchange items in our inventory system. If you are looking to exchange an item you’ve purchased from our website, you will need authorization from us by email.  Once the exchange has been approved, you will be asked to return the item and place a new order for the exchange. You will receive a full refund for the return minus return shipping charges once we receive the item.

 

How do I initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a Return or Exchange please email us at info@absinthemindedwicks.com and provide us the following:
  • Your order number
  • Your first and last name, phone number, and email address
  • The description of the item
  • The reason for the return or exchange
Once we receive your information, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.  When approved, we will provide you with information on how to proceed with your return or exchange.   
Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing your return or exchange once we receive your item.  
 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
